Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of AAYLF, including administrative tasks, human resources, and financial management. This role is crucial for ensuring that the organisation runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the broader team in achieving our strategic objectives.
Policy and Research Director
The Policy and Research Director will play a pivotal role in shaping AAYLF’s policy direction by leading in-depth research, analysing key issues impacting US-Australia relations, and developing high-quality reports and thought leadership pieces. This role is essential for ensuring that AAYLF’s policy initiatives are informed by rigorous research, aligned with strategic objectives, and contribute to fostering cross-cultural understanding and leadership among young professionals.
Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator will assist in the management and delivery of AAYLF’s programs, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that all initiatives are executed effectively. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting young professionals in their development.
