Brad Farrugia is an experienced professional in public policy and international relations, with over seven years of experience in government administration. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the Australian National University and a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy from Monash University, blending academic insight with practical expertise in policy and advocacy.

Brad has served as a board member and company secretary for the United Nations Association of Australia and currently sits on a U.S. Embassy Advisory Council, where he collaborates on youth initiatives to strengthen U.S.-Australia relations. He also serves on a NSW Government Advisory Council, advocating for marginalised communities, and has represented Indigenous Australian interests on the global stage at forums such as COP28 in Dubai.

A patron of the National Gallery of Victoria, Brad brings a passion for cultural engagement to his work with the Australian-American Young Leaders Forum. Through initiatives like the Menzies-Roosevelt Policy Fellowship and the Emerging Leaders Speaker Series, Brad is dedicated to empowering young professionals—particularly those from marginalised groups, including Indigenous and LGBT communities—to help shape the future of Australia’s strategic partnership with the United States.
